Owners are responsible for both COA (condo owner association) and POA (property owner association) fees, which cover water, trash, building maintenance, landscaping, building insurance, and access to all community amenities including pool, fitness center, and common areas.

Like everything else in Austin, it depends on the traffic! Off-peak hours, you can expect it to take about 45 minutes to get downtown or to the airport.

It's close enough to Austin to enjoy the city's vibrant culture and attractions, but far enough away to offer a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle.

Yes! Domino's is nearby and delivers quickly. Doordash is also available both for the businesses in Lago Vista and Jonestown, as well as for some in Cedar Park. HEB also delivers groceries.
